Ayurveda originated in India more than 5000 years ago and is the oldest continually practiced health-care system in the world.

The goal of Ayurveda is to teach people how to attain optimal health through a deeper understanding of themselves and their own particular nature in relationship to the world around them.



In a group setting we explore how Ayurveda starts with teaching us about practical everyday tools that strengthen our abilities to pick up on the signals from our environment that are constantly informing us as to what is supportive and non-supportive in our surroundings, from the extreme of a dangerous situation to the common daily choices like what type of food to eat each day.



Using ancient Ayurvedic wisdom based on the five elements, I offer guidance and support. I am very committed in supporting my clients quest for better health.
